Are you one of the “Best Places to Work” in 2018?
As chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) Council for Manufacturing Associations (CMA), I am inviting associations to apply for the CMA’s “Best Manufacturing Associations to Work For” Awards.
Time is running out to apply, but we have extended our application deadline to March 16.
The CMA has partnered with Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to highlight manufacturing associations that go above and beyond for their employees. The CMA Awards will finally give great organizations the recognition they deserve.
If you are a 501(c)(6) manufacturing trade association with an office in the United States, representing U.S.-based manufacturers, you can begin your application right away by going here.
In addition to getting highlighted by the CMA, winning a “Best Place to Work” Award is a prestigious honor that offers significant organizational benefits, including heightened company pride, improved employee morale and retention and public relations and marketing advantages. Each organization will also receive an anonymous feedback report to help identify and analyze new opportunities to improve their workplace.
Once applications are submitted, BCG will work with each participating company to gather detailed data about the work they’re doing—through surveys completed by both employees and employers. BCG will then analyze the data and, along with the CMA team, determine which associations rank as the best places to work.
The NAM and CMA will announce the winners in August.
Get your company the recognition it deserves by applying now. Or visit http://www.BestPlacesToWorkMFGAssoc.com for more information.
