Forbes Magazine has named NAM member companies The Alamo Group and Daktronics as one of America’s Top 100 Most Trustworthy Companies. Over 8,000 companies across the country were reviewed in the categories of trustworthiness, transparency and strong corporate governance – the Seguin, Texas based agricultural manufacturers and the Brookings, South Dakota based scoreboard manufacturers rated strongly across the board.
The Alamo Group, founded in 1969, describes itself as, “a leader in the design, manufacture, distribution and service of high quality equipment for right-of-way maintenance and agriculture. Our products include tractor and truck mounted mowing, vegetation maintenance equipment, excavators, street sweepers, vacuum trucks, snow removal equipment, pothole patchers, agricultural attachments and related after market parts and services.”
According to their website, “Daktronics is one of the world’s largest suppliers of electronic scoreboards, computer-programmable displays, digital billboards, large screen video displays and control systems. Daktronics designs, manufactures, markets and services display systems for customers around the world, in sport, business and transportation applications.”
