Staff at the House Energy and Commerce Committee have released the latest draft version of amendments to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. The draft bill, called the Consumer Product Safety Enhancement Act of 2010, is here.
The Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection plans to mark up the legislation next Wednesday, April 21, at 10 a.m., i.e., consider amendments in a business session and possibly vote the measure out of subcommittee.
