		<description>You may or may not agree with Carter (and normally I don't) but name calling is offensive and childish. In my opinion, Carter represents the interests of his constituents and I've never seen him claim otherwise. This isn't some noble cause for either side. I'm guessing money is the driving factor.</description>

		<description>In Ecuador, it's called a popular action, which means that any member of a community can bring a lawsuit where they see an act that is destroying or somehow disrupting a community resource (in this case, the water and land). So we are representing 30,000 people because that is the estimate of how large the community is that is impacted by the pollution.</description>
