Friday, June 26, 2009Here’s the text of the manager’s amendment, embracing all the new provisions that leadership needed to bring wavering Democrats on board in support of H.R. 2454, the Waxman-Markey, cap-comand-control-trade legislation. In the current debate on the rule, Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN) was just decrying the release of the amendment at 3 a.m.
