I sympathize with what Oscar is saying - making things more difficult for those who are in need right now is not the best foot forward. There needs to be some lay off against this taking away the recreation and enjoyment for children, let alone making it harder for those who are on a tight budget as it stands right now.

More people need to stand up and be counted, the law sucks and needs putting back to the way it was!

The Lead Law is making us ATV owners loose more money in these hard economic times. I am the owner of 4 ATV's Polaris 90, Polaris 90, Polaris 50, and Suzuki 50. Two of my bikes need some repairs and there are NO parts avaliable. This only makes my kids bikes obsolete, worthless. My plans for them was to get two of them running good and selling them to get some money to pay the bills in these hard times. Thank to this Law, I cant buy the parts needed and nobody will buy my ATV's!!!!!
