Gov. David Paterson of New York is expected today to name U.S. Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand to fill the remaining two years of Hillary Clinton’s Senate term.
Gillibrand had a 23 percent NAM “Key Vote” voting record in the 110th Congress, which you can see here. Notable was her support for the U.S.-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement.
