Congress Back at Work: 401 Bills on the First Day

Not sure this is a full list yet, but according to the early portions of Tuesday’s Congressional Record that are online at 7:30 a.m., Representatives and Senators introduced 401 new bills and resolutions on the first day of the 111th Congress.

Here’s the list of the bill titles and short summaries. Find your favorite!
