That’s the subhed on an article in the VoKa Tribune, the monthly magazine of VoKa, the Flemish Chamber of Commerce, following up on NAM President John Engler’s remarks in mid-October at the group’s conference in Leuven with an interview. The main headline of the article is “De trans-Atlantische brug van John Engler,” which we take to refer to a “transatlantic bridge.” The subhed is clearly “NAM chairman calls for E.U.-U.S. free trade zone,” but that’s the limit of our Flemish.
You can listen to or download John Engler’s 20 minutes of remarks — in English — by clicking here.
His prepared remarks are available here as a .pdf file.
