Climate change bill heads for full Senate

Maybe the point of Congress doing little to nothing throughout the year — or casting scores of duplicative votes on Iraq — is that all sorts of horrible, economy-wrecking, jobs-destroying legislation will pile up until the very end of the 110th session. Then, when the dam breaks and they all flood through at once, the sweep of bills will just be too much to respond to. Criticism will sink beneath the waves.
