A D.C. panel is being skittish on the reappointment of the suit-happy, lawsuit-happy administrative judge, Roy Pearson, who forfeited his case for continuing public service by abusive litigation against his drycleaners, the Chungs. “We do not want to rush to any judgment at all,” said D.C. Superior Court Judge Robert Rigsby, a member of the panel reviewing the case. “It is important that we get this right for many reasons.”
