“Live Earth” Hamburg Over With

The live broadcast from “Live Earth” Hamburg has just ended, following a 20-minute performance by Yusuf Islam. To be fair to the guy, it was a completely unobjectionable performance, kind of nice really, your basic folk-rock (with horn section), no preaching of any sort. Started with “Where do the children play?” from his Cat Stevens days, ended with “Saturn,” the Stevie Wonder song from “Songs in the Key of Life.”

And now the Internet broadcast has started from the beginning, Katarina Witt introducing Shakira. And what do you know? She rocks! That’s a good show.

Well, back to manufacturing.
