Tweed-le-Dumb Lawsuit: Pants Ruling Due Monday

WASHINGTON (Map, News) – Roy Pearson’s pants were not ready on time. Neither was his verdict.

Judgment day was postponed for the D.C. administrative law judge’s $54 million lawsuit against his neighborhood dry cleaners over a misplaced pair of expensive Hickey Freeman suit pants.

A decision is now expected Monday after presiding D.C. Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff relaxed her self-imposed deadline.
