Here’s a very funny tongue-in-cheek piece from Newsweek’s Andy Borowitz on our favorite demagogue, Lou, wagging a finger at Santa, warning him not to cross the border on Christmas Eve. “To our knowledge, Santa Claus is a resident of the North Pole and therefore is doing business in the United States as an undocumented worker,” says Borowitz-as-Dobbs.
He goes on: “Dobbs also pressed Congress to open a “Full investigation’ into the country of origin of the gift items in Santa Claus’ sack. ‘We have reason to believe that Santa’s sack is full of cheap gift items manufactured in China, only adding to America’s already burgeoning trade deficit,’ the CNN anchor said.”

Like I said Pat, NAM is like a car crash- you just have to look. I don’t know how many time I have to show you your big-business favoritism. It’s getting Spamish….
O’Shaughnessy is a board member and also a member of NAM’s Small and Medium Manufacturers (SMM) group. He says the 300-member NAM board has only 50 members that are small and medium-size manufacturers, and that the “vote not to support Hunter-Ryan was two to one against. While it went down, it wasn’t as overwhelming as you might have expected.”

Anyway, that’s not satire, see, ’cause it’s true. I think you misunderstand satire. Is there anything in this agenda that isn’t critically important to small mfrs? http://www.nam.org/agenda
Sorry this doesn’t fit into your valiant struggle story line, but it’s true. We’re at the forefront of the fight for mfrs large and small. Always have been, still are. Sorry the facts aren’t on your side. You can have your own opinion, you can’t have your own facts.
