OK, late word is that the storm blowing through the East Coast might threaten the balloons (but not necessarily the “balloonicles”) in the Macy’s Day Parade in New York City. Bottom line is if winds reach 23 mph and gusts exceed 34 mph, the big balloons are grounded.
