New Creditor Strategies for Old Problems

By October 2, 2006General

It’s Webinar time again! And registration for this one has so exceeded our expectations that we thought other people may want to participate as well.

The NAM is teaming up with Thompson Hine to offer a series of free Webinars on “Taking Advantage of the 2005 Bankruptcy Code Amendments & Other Remedies.” The first one is on October 4th from 1:00 – 2:00 pm but, as always, we’ll make them available in archived format for all registered participants.

Basically, this webinar is about one critical topic: What if one of your largest customers files for bankruptcy? Are you prepared?

Those who address these issues, such as CFOs, treasurers, controllers, accounts payable and credit department managers will benefit from this event.

  • We are part of a newer trend that applies
to this webinar. And that is for the creditor
to help the debtor [customer] look for options beyond bannkruptcy– Bankruptcy [chater 11] is not a great option with a sucess rate of only 8% and a cost near $100,000. Can I forward more information? http://www.DontDeclare.com has further information.

    Thanks, Charles Evans
