Silver anniversary, that is. Today marks the 25th anniversary of President Reagan signing into law the Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981, bringing America out of stagflation and paving the way for unprecedented economic growth. Bruce Bartlett recalls and recaps.

Reagan’s signature occurred the day after another great event in the history of productivity and economic expansion, the introduction of the IBM personal computer.
