Thanks to the Ben & Brian radio show in DC for this nugget. There has been much written about the viral marketing of the film, “Snakes on a Plane” (or was it trial lawyers…?), out this weekend. They have done some spectacular things to build the hype through the Internet, proving once again its power. (OK, we’re believers).
But here is a really cool site where you can send a personalized e-mail or voice mail from Samuel L. Jackson to a friend — or a foe, we suppose — telling them to come see the movie. They played a sample on the Ben & Brian show this morning on WMZQ in Washington, and it’s a hoot.
Click here to give it a go, amaze your friends. It’s August, you’ve got the time.
