Thanks to regular blog reader and all around renaissance man Russ Batson for passing along this, uh, nugget which he found to be at the perfect level of discourse for the blog. It’s an article from the Houston Chronicle entitled, “Avoid swimming in sewer overflow.”
You gotta wonder, is this something about which people need to remind themselves? Do they tie a string around their finger Uncle Billy-style to remind themselves? Stick a note on the inside of their visor, their mask or snorkel? Ick.
And so we provide this as a yet another public service to you blog readers: Do not swim in the sewer. It’s considered gauche.
