You regular blog readers know the blogger-in-chief was in Las Vegas the early part of this week, home of the famous fountains at the Bellagio Hotel. Those of you who saw “Ocean’s Eleven” saw them prominently featured at the end of the film.
However, for those of you who didn’t see the film, or who are unable to travel to Las Vegas to see the beautiful fountains, Fritz Grobe and Stephen Voltz of Buckfield, Maine have done us all a great favor. With the help of 101 two-liter bottles of Diet Coke and 523 Mentos, they have been able to recreate a poor man’s version of the Bellagio fountains.
