Tomorrow at NAM HQ in Washington, we will officially unveil the 2006 Competitiveness Redbook. Its 40-some pages rank every state from 1 to 50 by different indicia that impact their competitiveness. This little book is powerful. One of our Board members sent it to every member of his state legislature. Another sent a few copies to the economic development czar in his state, asking why they weren’t ranked higher.
