We weren’t going to post this so as not to seem too partisan, but it’s made the rounds all over the Internet yesterday and even graced the vaunted and hallowed pages of the Washington Post today. When we saw it in the Post we figured, “Heck, why not?”
So here’s the lesson: If you’re a political figure and if you’re up for re-election, be careful about photo ops like this, of putting a bad caption on your own picture. Incidentally, that’s Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), up for re-election in November.
