Judge Alito Gets a Boost from the ABA

A week before his confirmation hearings begin, Judge Samuel Alito got a boost from the American Bar Association, receiving a unanimous “well-qualified” rating — their highest, and the same rating he received when first nominated to the federal bench in 1990.
