We noticed as soon as we posted yesterday’s map of natural gas prices around the world that the data was from 2004 and showed us at $7 per million Btu. Oh, how quaint that now seems, now that we’re paying double that amount. So here’s a new and updated map (although still $2 behind this ever-escalating curve) of average natural gas prices around the world. See all the countries with lower numbers? They’re our manufacturing competitors.
Drop a note to your Senators and Members of Congress, tell them to do something about this.
