Movie Review: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Manufacturing never sleeps. Even when we play, we are working, we never rest. And so it was that during a break in the action, we sent our own Marissa Gandelman off to the theater to catch a glimpse of the latest in manufacturing fare, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” a remake of the classic starring Gene Wilder. Marissa knows a bit too much about the movie, cares a bit too much about the Oompa Loompas, so we though she was the right one to send.

Here below is her homework assignment, a review of this Tim Burton film based on the Roald Dahl book, starring Johnny Depp. Maybe this will bring kids back to manufacturing…
